Writes a dummy MPIOM grid file.

Parameters

[in]	grid_filename	name of the grid file to be written
[in]	num_x	number of grid points in x-direction
[in]	num_y	number of grid points in y-direction
[in]	lon_range	longitude range (min, max) in degree
[in]	lat_range	latitude range (min, max) in degree
[in]	mask_ndims	number of dimensions of the mask variable (3 or 4)

Writes a dummy SCRIP grid file and an associated mask file.

Parameters

[in]	grid_name	name of the grid
[in]	grid_filename	name of the grid file to be written
[in]	mask_filename	name of the mask file to be written
[in]	num_corners	number of corners per cell (0 writes a grid without corners); corners beyond the four lon-lat corners are placed on the edge that closes the cell
[in]	num_lon	number of longitude points
[in]	num_lat	number of latitude points
[in]	lon_range	longitude range (min, max) in degree
[in]	lat_range	latitude range (min, max) in degree
[in]	invalid_cell_stride	every invalid_cell_stride-th cell is masked out (0 masks out no cell)
